Studio Simon

Gavina, (1922-2007), began his career in the 1940s with objects for theater scenes, his great passion. He supports the need for modern but also poetic design, he has the capacity to involve many "fathers of the nation", as he calls them, among whom Carlo Scarpa, Enzo Mari, Marcel Breuer. His work is the starting point for the Italian Style, synonymous with quality which will later characterize Italian designer furniture around the world.
