Who is

Aldo TURA (1909 – 1963)

Aldo Tura began designing and manufacturing furniture in the 1930s. While the Art Deco movement dominated, Tura designed pieces with flowing lines and much freer forms. His work, published in limited numbers, promotes traditional techniques. Aldo TURA experiments with a wide range of unusual materials, including eggshell, parchment, leather and wood veneer.
