Born in Santander on November 19, 1980, Okuda SAN MIGUEL has been living in Madrid since 2000. Parallel to his work in the street started in 1997, Okuda SAN MIGUEL started in 2009 a real workshop work, with more personal and intimate works. His geometric structures and multicolored patterns are grouped around gray bodies and organic forms, which could classify his work in the Pop Surrealism movement but imbued with an urban essence. His work raises several questions and contradictions about existentialism, the universe, the meaning of life, the false freedom of capitalism. In his work, multicolored geometric architectures blend with organic forms, bodies without identity, animals without heads, symbols that encourage reflection.
